We sue companies that sell dangerous drugs.  We seek justice for people injured by drugs and medical devices.

Pharmaceutical companies spend nearly twice as much money on marketing as they spend on research and development.  Sales are emphasized rather than your health.  All too often, drugs are placed on the market that pose serious risks to consumers, including death and debilitating injury.  And drug manufacturers frequently fail to disclose the risks associated with using their products to consumers and health care providers.

We represent consumers in lawsuits against the drug and medical device companies responsible for their injuries.  But filing lawsuits is just part of what we do.

A large part of our time is dedicated to counseling people to determine if they actually have been injured by a drug or medical device.  If you contact our office, your time will not be wasted speaking to a non-lawyer.  You will speak with an experienced attorney.  We believe helping people determine whether they have been injured and what their legal options are, is too important to delegate to a staff member.  This means we spend time talking to people who ultimately may not have any legal claim.  That's fine with us.  We are attorneys . . . and counselors.

Our extensive legal experience comes into play if we determine you do have a legal claim.  After entering into a contract to represent you, we begin by investigating your claim.  We obtain and review your medical records in order to determine the exact nature and extent of your injuries, as well as the cause of the injury and the responsible party.  We then formulate legal theories that will maximize your recovery.

In some instances, it is not necessary to file a lawsuit in order to obtain just compensation.  But more often than not, seeking relief in court is necessary to compel drug companies to compensate you for your injury.  We therefore determine which court is appropriate.  State court or federal court.  The appropriate venue based on the nature of your claim and the laws of different jurisdictions.  And if necessary  --  and at no additional cost to you  --  we will associate with other experienced attorneys in order to obtain the best possible result in a given court.  In this way, we can represent people no matter where they live.
